If you are looking for a church in which to be married, the staff of Islington United would be happy to conduct your wedding in our beautiful sanctuary as well as provide support and guidance in your period of preparation.

Contact our Wedding Coordinator, Margaret Leet, by e-mail: margaret@islingtonunited.org or by telephone: 416-239-1131, ext. 22, to discuss wedding dates and to book your appointment with the minister. We also offer a wedding preparation seminar that you are encouraged to participate in.

Brides and grooms are encouraged to make the ceremony a personal one that reflects the individual commitments and promises being exchanged.

The staff of Islington United would also be happy to assist if you are seeking a church in which to baptize your son or daughter. Parents are invited to a pre-baptism seminar at the church. These seminars are held on the first Thursday of each month (excluding July) at 7:30PM.

Baptismal Banner

The Baptismal Banner in the Sanctuary is dedicated to the Glory of God in celebration of Betty Tansley's special birthday last year - a gift from her many friends.

The brass stand supporting the banner is dedicated to the Glory of God in loving memory of Edna Miles - a gift from her husband, Bob.

This new Baptismal Banner was dedicated during Worship services on Sunday October 12, 2008.
