Announcements:
We're Back!
Rummage Sale & More!
NEXT Saturday, October 25
9:00 am - noon
Mission and Service. Debt. Community outreach.
Housecleaning.
Shopping. How do these connect? Islington United
Church is reviving
our past and will host a giant "rummage
sale" on Saturday, October
25 in
support of our repayment of our M&S commitment.
Our goal is $5,000.
To reach
that goal we need your help.
We need:
- Volunteers to help with the sale: either
for sorting and setup or serving and selling
or both;
if you can help, contact Julie Smith at r.jsmith@rogers.com or
416.620.0179
- You to collect items from the list below
Pass the list on to friends and relatives
so they can collect, too!
At the Refugee Support Yard Sale in May
people from our community
commented that they missed the church
rummage sale and we told them,
"We're back! See you October
25"
