The Gift of Music Concert Series
Presented by Music at Islington

If you enjoy wonderful music in a beautiful space, made by exceptionally talented people,
you’ll be interested in the MUSIC AT ISLINGTON'S 2011-2012 season of concerts.
These concerts are planned for the wider Islington community, so bring your friends,
neighbours and family to Islington for some remarkable concerts. All proceeds from the
concerts will be directed to IUC ministries.

The Subscription series is on sale now at a bargain $80 for 5 concerts (a savings of $20 over
individual ticket purchases). Individual concert tickets ($20 adults) will be sold 3 weeks prior to
each concert on Sundays and in the church office. Students ($10) and children under 12 (free)
will be available at the door on the night of each concert.

7:30pm 		Toronto All-Star Big Band
Join with jazz-loving friends and the Toronto All Star Big Band on Sat, 1 October at 7:30 p.m. at the first concert in our 2011-2012 season. Swing the night away with Toronto's "swingingest" Big Band. They will perform music from the 30's 40's and even some 50's music.

Be ready to tap your toes as you enjoy all of your favorites from the Big Band Era. Adult tickets ($20) are available on Sundays or in the church office.

Students ($10) and children under 12 (free) are available at the door on the night of the concert.

Soprano Brenna Conrad leads us on a Celtic journey with country fiddlers and dancers, bagpipes, and the poetry of Robbie Burns.
Tickets are available at the church office (Monday to Friday), in the Stewart East Hall after worship on Sundays, or at the door.
Adults $20 Students $10 Children (under 12) free
